Privacy policy
Information stored
We store account email, name, phone, password hash, language, listings, uploaded photos, map coordinates, saved properties, agency details and membership invitations. Passwords are hashed; verification and reset tokens are stored as hashes.
Public information
Active listings show the advertiser name, property details and photos. Phone numbers are revealed only after a visitor requests them. A hidden exact location is replaced with an approximate map area. Verified agency profiles show their business contact details.
Cookies and operational records
Essential cookies maintain sign-in and protect requests from forgery. Access tokens last 15 minutes; refresh sessions last up to 30 days. We record listing views, contact reveals, reports and moderation actions. This version does not include advertising or marketing analytics.
Service providers
The configured production services are Neon PostgreSQL, Cloudflare R2 for images, Resend for transactional email, and optional Sentry error monitoring. Maps use OpenStreetMap tiles; an explicit address search is sent to Nominatim. These services may receive technical request data.
Control and retention
You can edit your profile, remove saved listings, archive listings and request account deletion from your account. Deletion disables your access and anonymizes your profile; moderation records and operational backups may require separate retention. Contact info@jhome.ge for data access or deletion questions. Final retention periods and operator contact details require approval before launch.
