Terms of use
Using JHome
JHome provides a property listing and contact platform in Georgia. Listings are created by private users and agencies. JHome is not a party to property transactions and does not process payments.
Accounts and advertisements
Use accurate account and contact details. Publish only property you own or are authorized to advertise. Do not publish misleading, duplicate, unlawful or discriminatory content, or personal information you lack permission to share.
Moderation and agency verification
Listings are reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed. Agency verification identifies a reviewed agency account; it does not guarantee any property, ownership, or transaction. Listings expire after 60 days unless renewed.
Contact and transactions
Check the property, identity of the advertiser and ownership documents independently. Agree all transaction terms directly with the other party. Report suspicious content using the listing report function or contact info@jhome.ge.
Operator and final terms
Operator identity, governing terms, liability provisions and complaint procedures must be finalized by the site operator before public launch. Questions about this draft: info@jhome.ge.
